No! Your immigration or citizenship status is completely irrelevant in USA. Besides, USA is one of few open-minded countries which allow foreigners to get married on its soil without any restrictions. It is notorious that in Europe, Latina, Africa, Asia it is often mandatory for at least one of party to marriage to hold local citizenship or residence permit in order for such foreign couple to get married.

No, you and your partner can be apart, or even in different countries, as long as you both can get access to internet and be on a video call at the time of your appointment. This is perfect for a military servicemen in deployment, partners living in different States or countries, incarcerated individuals, etx.

The time to obtain a marriage license varies depending on the next available appointment with State official. It is usually available within a few days. Both partners must appear on a video call appointment at the same time, otherwise must reschedule. The marriage license is ISSUED INSTANTLY right after the video call.

If you both are State of Florida residents - must wait 72h (3 calendar days) before you can get married.

All others can get married INSTANTLY (no waiting time) on a video call right after obtaining marriage license.

No, you don't need any. State of Florida does not require witnesses. The marriage officiant performing the ceremony is your only witness. The witnesses (or their absence) are not indicated on Florida marriage certificate.

You will get your electronic version marriage certificate INSTANTLY right after getting married by our officiant. The hard copy (paper certificate) issued by Florida State Department of Health will arrive to your address within a few weeks - 2 certified copies.

If you are from abroad - you might need apostille to make your home country to recognize this USA public document. Also, some countries (Mexico, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, France, Italy...) require an additional step - to record this U.S. marriage record in a national Civil Registry system of that particular country. It is usually done either through that country's consulate in USA or within inside of that country.

Yes, absolutely! Since 2015 Florida and entire USA allow same-sex marriages. Previously, same-sex partnerships (domestic civil unions) were abolished turning them into capacity of a legitimate same-sex marriage. If you live in a jurisdiction (country) where same-sex marriage is not allowed (or even criminalized) - it will be our pride and honour to make your "dream come true" with a respectful tribute to your special marriage.

No, Federal USA constitution explicitly forbids polygamy.

In USA the marriages are legally limited to only 2 individuals.

No! Florida does NOT require blood kindred test, or STD test.

However, Florida law forbids the marriages between parents-children, siblings, cousins or individuals under 18 years old.

Florida marriage certificate will indicate your maiden surname (last name) as well as current one (if different). Upon finalizing your marriage and receiving hard copy (paper certificate) of your marriage record - you will need to trigger a name change procedure with your local jurisdiction (usually - local court). We do NOT change anyone's name/surname.

You must be officially legally single, divorced or widowed to be able to get married again. You do not need to provide any documents as long as you are truthful about your civil status. Florida marriage certificate does NOT indicate how may times each spouse has been married, nor the count of this marriage.

Absolutely! This official record can be used for both USCIS and foreign country immigration procedures. It is especially convenient to get married remotely rather than in-person if you and your partner living in different countries. Once married, the partner is no longer considered as "fiancé" but "spouse" which is more serious and official immigration category.
